The small print…

  • All my cards are handmade and individual therefore there may be small variations in design and colour. Should you be unhappy with any card please contact me so we can discuss it and arrange replacement or refund if appropriate.
  • Should I be unable to fulfil your order or meet the expected timescales for any reason I will contact you to discuss and arrange refund if required.
  • I package all cards in board backed envelopes for safe and secure posting. Whilst all care is taken to ensure your cards arrive in good state accidents can happen during transit. If this occurs please contact me to discuss replacement or refund.
  • I promise to dispatch your cards within 3-5 working days (unless otherwise advised on the homepage or elsewhere, due to holidays, illness or other reason). Once your cards are dispatched 1st class I have no control over the deliver time and therefore cannot be held liable for this third party service. Royal Mail advise that 90% of all 1st Class post arrives the next day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure I have the full and correct delivery address including postcode.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your order includes all correct spelling and wording your require.
  • Once an order is placed cancellation or variation can only happen by agreement with me. Please contact me asap should you wish to cancel or change your order.
  • Very occasionally an order may not be processed due to unforeseen circumstances and circumstances beyond my control. Should this happen you will be contacted and a full refund will be made.
  • I reserve the right to refuse any order should I consider your requested card message to be offensive or one that may cause distress. This includes obscenities or discriminatory wording. In this case your payment will be fully refunded.
